Night staff was terrible because he wanted to fix the door at midnight when the key does not work instead of changing the room. He has a terrible attitude. When I tell him he was rude he threaten to kick me out. Do not stay there

Best value for the area which is very expensive. Small pool which was nice. Room was a good size, bed comfortable and it was mostly clean. I cleaned an area of the bathroom floor and the paper towel was very dirty but it looked clean. It was fine for a mid price hotel and I’d stay again.

Needs a lot of improvement!

At check in we were charged a $50 damage deposit. Upon entering the room we saw long deep scratches on the floor and the wall was damaged. We had to ask the staff to come take a look so we would not be responsible. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the air conditioner and dehumidifier were very loud. It was difficult to sleep, we raised the temperature so the air conditioner would not run as much and we shut off the dehumidifier. The continental breakfast was subpar. Coffee was bad, bread stale, milk carafes were crusty. The sense we got from the whole experience was that they really didn’t care about the guests. Our advice, find a different place to stay.
