The rental also comes with one off-street parking space. The large windows throughout allow for plenty of sunshine and great lighting. The renovated kitchen attaches to a walkout private deck with views of downtown Newport. Go out, have some fun and don't worry about getting around- you're an easy walk to ALL

The Space:
This unit is equipped with a beautifully renovated full bath, fully stocked kitchen and European/contemporary design throughout and natural plants. Original hardwood floors throughout, tall ceilings and the original Pine woodwork make its true beauty easy to shine. Designed to not miss a detail with luxury linens, plush pillows and more. Come stay in style, we would LOVE to host you.

Cozy, bright and light! Our condo invites you in by way of its living/tv room and small sitting area. Off the living room to the front of the condo you will find the great size bedroom with a large closet, bay window and reading chair. Off the rear side of the living room is the renovated kitchen and full bath and great size back deck with plenty of room to dine. This condo allows you and your guests plenty of room to relax inside or on the deck. This one level condo is on the second floor of our guesthouse, right on Thames St. There are ACs in Bedroom and living room.
