It was fine tho the shuttle took longer to arrive at Newark than we'd been lead to believe. We had alot of luggage & the desk staff were not very helpful at check in - said no bellhop. But someond did help the next morning when we checked out. Breakfast included too much sugary stuff but there was porridge which we liked.

We were greeted by a friendly, helpful gentleman when we checked in. Room was clean and sufficient for a one-night stay. Although there was a coffeemaker in the room, there was no water to make coffee. Not a problem since it is available in the lobby. We did not enjoy eating and drinking from paper goods. What happened to real dishes and cups? The shuttle to the airport is a nice convenience.

Overall, it’s a good place to stay. It’s close to the airport. Very good and free breakfast. Property is clean. Parking is limited for those parking at the property. Uber pickups and drop offs may sometimes need to be done outside the entry gate..which is not ideal

We were dropping off our son for an early morning flight. We ate an excellent meal the night before, but the restaurant that a 20+ minute drive away. We had a car, so this was not a problem. But if we had been without a car, the situation might have been very different. Basically, this hotel offers good value for money. If money were no object, you really might want to stay elsewhere. But, on the other hand, we felt that this was a good choice given the limited budget we had allotted for this purpose.

I've stayed at this property several times. It's the first non-5 I've given. Suite is very comfortable. Good shower, frig, plenty of storage space. Sandwiches in the sundry shop plus tasty, if expensive, delivery. But the breakfast wasn't up to par. Ran out of bananas after day one. Always appreciated the Cheerios and almond milk but it was Honey Nut Cheerios. I don't think the hotel realizes the big difference in sugar and the mislabeling. Usual hot food is pretty decent, good bread choices.
