Clean everything. I totally enjoyed my stay except only one elevator was functional the entire 3 nights i spent there, so there was delay going to and from your room to the lobby. Staff was okay, not overly friendly but no issue with that. Had variety items for breakfast, but there warmers don't keep the food hot for latecomers. Overall, i enjoyed my stay.

Denied existence of confirmed booking

The hotel clerk denied the existence of the prepaid booking, receipt notwithstanding . We had to go somewhere else. No way to get help from hotels.com . It used to be you called them and they called the hotel. Imagine that. Human labor.
