My main issue is the airport shuttle. Sitting at the airport for over an hour just waiting!! And when I called was told it was an accident. Sorry, but if so why weren’t any of the other shuttles impacted. No discount given… sorry but it was a major MAJOR inconvenience!! But hotel is very nice, walking distance to the mall

The rooms and service were okay. The shuttle however is just abysmal. I would expect the first point of meeting by the hotel(which is ironically the shuttle service) would start good because that is what sets the tone. However, this hotel falls drastically short in this area. The driver literally told me that he does this for free and does not get paid which does not make any sense.

Airport shuttle took over 50 minutes to arrive and pick us up. When the driver finally arrived, we had to wait another 15 minutes for the driver to chat with his other driver colleagues before we were finally on our way. We chose the hotel to be able to sleep for a few hours over a long layover, but it taking 1.5 hrs to get to the hotel has definitely not been worth it.

It was great. My room was clean. Staff friendly. Lillie was especially friendly and helpful. The bartender there gives car salesman vibes. I asked for a premium drink, I was told 14.00. He attached a tip plus tax for a total 17.00. 17.00 for a shot of Makers Mark is even out of line for a fancy hotel...Hampton Inn is ok. But certainly not worth a 17.00 shot of bourbon and 6.00 for a small bag of potato chips and 5.00 for a kitkat.
