The shuttle was easy to find but the signage could be improved as there are two Hampton Inn shuttles serving 2 different hotels. There is also no telling what time the shuttle is coming without calling the hotel.

Conveniente airport shuttle, clean and comfortable room, excellent gym. Breakfast if just OK, but what you can expect for the price. Mall is across the street.

The women had the front desk has no people skills. He was quite rude when asking question or when explaining she was nasty. Also it seems to be short staff because when I checked in she was there and when I checked out she was there. Her appearance was like she slept in her clothes or never got any sleep. She stated that she never went home and that she was sick. That’s not cool for her to work at the front desk, NEED MORE STAFF.

Waited 90 minutes. Called twice. When asked why it wasn’t running every 30 minutes as advertised, the driver said he was on his lunch hour and there wasn’t another driver

Comfortable, clean room. Shuttle very handy. Huge mall very close by, which offers numerous dining options. Breakfast basics, not overly impressive. Need extra help during busy hours.

We stayed here before and after our cruise. Both times, the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. One of the two elevators was out of service. Bathroom door in our room would not close and stuck when you tried to open or close it. The included breakfast invluded microwaved sausage patties and they ran out of coffee both times we stayed there.
