This hotel is very convenient for being so close to the airport and Bayonne Port. I would like to give a special shout out to “Sofia” the bartender. Best drinks we have had.

There was a dirty towel draped over the bathtub. There was a used bar of soap in the tub. The bathroom sink would not drain properly. It was soooooo gross and charged $20.00 per car to park in the ruby tuesdays parking lot not even in the gated parking lot. Never going back.

Hotel did a poor job of informing guests of the parking situation. First room given had no hot water; was moved to a suite room. Staff attitude was poor at times. Will not stay here again unless improvements are made.

Not enough parking spots had to park by Ruby Tuesday’s and there a big enough safe under the door somebody can easily put something there and try to open the door to get in.

Hotel close to airport and shopping mall. Parking was limited on the property, although there was parking nearby in walking distance. Phone in room was inoperable and despite requesting to have it fixed it wasnt. Additionally you cannot make calls outside of the hotel.

This was my first time choosing this hotel. The staff was amazing. When I came to check in my flight was late from JFK . The staff was so polite, and so understanding. I will always stay here and recommend it to my friends.
