Room felt hot n didnt have no air conditioner just central but it was not on to atleast feel some cool air but they did said they could give us another room...The bed was the worse part they seem to be old mattress that when u lay down u sink down n could almost feel the spring...i couldnt sleep n also some noise that sounded like they were washing n hearing the door opening or closing also dirty floor lucky i brough socks n my socks were so dirty...

Room was a “dump”! At midnight I hear a key in the door and it opens! I jump out of bed and rush to stop the people from coming into the room! A woman is standing there with the key in her hand and behind her an older man holding the room key in his hand!She gets nasty with me asking “why are in this room” I tell her it is my room I checked in that afternoon, and tell her to take it up with the office! She yells back “I’m am the office, I just gave this guy the room! At that I just closed the door on them worrying all night if they coming back!

Ask for a room away from the very noisy restaurant or you will be woken at 7 AM. Room needed more vacuuming, there were no hand towels, shower was good but needed a grab bar and somewhere to hang wet towels. Room was very dated. If there was a catagory between poor and average, I would choose that. Bed was comfortable but the comforter was stained. You get what you pay for.

Staff is fine, pleasant during check in! Upon arrival, a man was being arrested for domestic violence-2 cop cars. Immediately upon entering hallway to room you are assaulted by cigarette smell, filthy ground, and tv/talking noise. The room floor is filthy. A disgusting bloody glob was stuck in the tub drain. A roach visited me in the bathroom on day 2. The water never gets hot; luke warm only! NOISE levels are insane. i think people live there. Tv, talking, sounds of guests urinating (in toilets) in adjoining rooms all very loud in the room. I used a towel to stand on so i never touched the floors and i kept all my clothes zipped up in my luggage. I stank of cigarettes when i left. Fridge and microwave were clean. i don't trust Expedia ratings anymore. this place was horrible. The surrounding neighborhood was fine though. Grocery store, food, etc within walking - felt safe during day.

Staff was friendly but we couldn’t get anyone to turn off the beeping sound in the ice machine room. We listened to it all night. Not enough towels, all soap dispensers were empty and the shower went hot to cold continuously through a 5 minutes shower!
