We had a problem with the toliet and the promptly fixed the issue. Breakfast is just ok. Cold. The volume of the food was definitely made prior but not quality food or kept warm. Just food to eat that is free. Srzff is super nice, very helpful. Love this property because of ghe staff the rooms the Wraptor Resteraunt with in walking distance and the proximity to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.

I loved the property! I needed to stay nearby for work; it isn't very close to many things, but it is pretty safe, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, and the staff left very kind notes and made you feel attended to. I only wish they had a microwave since there isn't food open late nearby, and breakfast, while nice, could be slightly more elevated. Otherwise, I would stay again if needed

Clean but the staff was quite strict about check in times. To the minute we had to wait to get in or be charged. They were very kind and courteous though. Cooked breakfast was stale and tasted old but good variety. Area looked unsafe in places but wasn’t. Not a lot of restaurants around. Only thing to do was walk water to see Statue of Liberty from land or go on subway

Love this hotel

Beautiful boutique style hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Simple but lovely room. Very very clean !!!! Continental breakfast is not what they say. It is a wonderful full breakfast staffed by very kind people. Love this place and will definitely be back.

Enjoyable Stay

Great location for easy access to Brooklyn Cruise terminal. Walkable to many locations - breakfast was good but very different than other hotels. The rooms were nicely updated.
