The male receptionists that were present when I was checking in (the brownskin man with the glasses) and checking out (the lightskin man with short black hair) were so helpful and really nice! Had such a pleasure staying there will definitely be back thanks to them and the lovely room

I just wanted to take a moment to share how much I enjoyed my recent stay at FiDi Hotel in FiDi. From start to finish, the entire experience was a 10/10. The check-in process was seamless, the staff went out of their way to be welcoming and attentive, and every detail throughout the property felt thoughtfully curated. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had that perfect mix of modern design with a warm, inviting feel. The amenities were top-notch, and little touches—the quality of the bedding, the view, or the in-room service—really elevated the experience. On top of that, the location couldn’t be better. Being right in the heart of FiDi, I felt like I had the best of New York just steps away, yet the hotel still felt like its own calm, luxurious escape. Overall, it was an incredible stay, and I’ll absolutely be recommending FiDi hotel to friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for the ideal Soho experience. I can’t wait to come back.

Nice chic hotel. No room view (next to an office) had to leave windows closed almost all the time. Breakfast was just ok. Nice terrace for a morning coffee, loved financial district zone. But still feels overpriced for the amenities and for what is included. Very good restaurants and coffee shops around.
