It was clean but it’s not finished properly. The charging plugs don’t work they are crooked, or loose. The door handles are crooked there is dried glue on desktops. Seems like a cheap rush job. Also it’s on top of the train line. Very loud. One street either side of this property is nice though. But this section is not the best.

the property was the only show of proper maintenance within 10 blocks. very sad to walk out with the train within 20' and under 100% repair. the fear of something falling from the construction on top of us was palpable. while I knew breakfast/food was not provided, a coffee maker should be provided for self service. on a positive note, the room was clean and fresh.

Hotel was easy to access and close to public transportation. There is also an amazing breakfast place Bon Jour with amazing croissants and breakfast baguettes. Just down the road is also a New York style pizzeria, where we got a few slices and it was awesome as well.

I went there to spend the night because I work in brooklyn and live in long Island. I had to end up leaving and going home because their is no hot water. the plummer did not get there until this morning.

At the moment the property is undergoing renovation however it does not stop a having nor was there noise. On the exterior there is work happening on the subway. The hotel was clean and quiet lots to eat and bars near by

The staff that assisted us throughout our stay were just amazing and so polite and helpful. Special shoutout to Dyer such a special and kind person and had the patience to answer any and all questions we had. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to spend time in the area. There was nasty red stuff on their pillows and it looked like there was feces on the wall. They also had me put a $100 deposit and didn’t give it all back and I took videos and pictures of the place when we left and it was in better shape when we left then when we got there
