The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and so very friendly. The street around the hotel was dirty and a little noisy but that is to be expected in NYC. It was a short walk to subway and had a variety of restaurants nearby. There were 2 homeless men laying on the sidewalk with signs but didn't bother passersby. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again.

The property was clean and located in area where y we were able to walks to some of the attractions that we wanted to see. We’ve breakfast was convenient. What I didn’t like about the stay was the breakfast area was too small. The advertisement had a picture of a washer and dryer and they were not there. Other than that the rooms were clean the staff was friendly.
