Room was fine, our quick stay that could have turned into a nightmare thanks to online booking site that didnt really match details correctly. ( not direct booking thru quest ) at reception Arthur checked availability and after a moment sorted a solution for us.. he was super helpful, informative with parking and bus for light festival bus etc.. was a massive relief after realizing our predicament.. Checking in was fast and efficient, staff member was helpful and courteous. Can't say much about the 2 bedroom unit we booked though. There's no body soap in the dispenser at the main bedroom's bathroom. Most inconvenient when réception desk is closed after hours. Tiled floor was dirty in the kitchenette and wall tiling in shower cubicle felt slimy too in the 2nd bedroom unit! Other than being in close proximity to most attractions etc in town as super convenient, can't really highly recommend this place as a good stay.

Staff and accommodation were excellent. There was a small hitch with the bedroom TV remote and bedside clock but this should not deter people from this hotel. Highly recommended.
