We have stayed there before and that was good. This time it wasn't bad, but the room seemed like it was lacking in maintenance. The fan only worked on one setting and the air conditioner didn't seem to cool at all. You start to wonder if this is a room reserved for the last minute Wotif specials. They seemed to get halfway through servicing the room, them forgot the rest. Not that it bothered us that much.

we checked in an hour after check-in time and the room wasn't ready, but the staff explained they'd been full the night before and it wasn't long to wait until we had our room. staff were friendly and professional, and although the room lacked some of the basics it was a really nice stay. dinner was good and breakfast was excellent. would stay again. :)

Lovely place to stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, food was delicious. Its right in town so an easy walk to places and has great facilities.

Time to update the bathrooms? Clean but there is embedded mould in the sealant, and the lack of any sort of buffer between the shower-over-bath swing door / glass and the bath meant that the toilet and the bathroom floor got soaked when we showered (even with pointing the nozzle away). A bit slack on the customer service - no milk or creamer in the room for coffee, so we went and asked for some, said they would bring it ... an hour later still nothing so went to supermarket (which is at least walkable) ... just as well as nothing ever turned up. Would benefit from double glazing as quite noisy at night with the road noise (arguably pretty much anywhere CBD is however). Wifi questionable / crawling. Room otherwise comfy and clean tho!
