This is a really nice place but let down badly by the initial bedroom temp.. it was freezing! Hotel supplied a 2 bar fan heater… it took 4 hrs to bring room up to a comfortable temp. Mussel entree was a dried up mess. Beer battered main not much better. Breakfast was excellent

Thank you for my wonderful stay. I will most certainly return when visiting New Plymouth again. The only recommendation, I have is I feel the bathrooms require an update as it's relatively older. Shower pressure is fantastic. All staff were absolutely super! Very helpful & any request was warmly welcomed & actioned.

Good size room with proper cooking facilities, 4 hot plates & full size oven. Only thing we weren’t keen on was the high breakfast bar with bar stools. These were not practical for our age & mobility to get on to.

This property was wonderful, accommodating a small family plus 2 dogs. First time using a pet friendly motel and this place was excellent. Close and handy to everything! Only comment I could make was the shower/bath could use a deep clean, other than that - excellent! 👍

The staff provided exceptional and welcoming service, and the facility's location and availability were convenient for travelers. However, the noise level was quite disruptive; I could hear everything from the floor above, and it seemed like there was a party happening. Unfortunately, this made for an unpleasant night, especially since I had to check out at 4 am.

Fantastic person on reception when checking in and out. Great comfortable bed. Bathroom is coming due for refurbishment but shower was good (over bath). Room had aircon which was good. Very good breakfast options. Toilet flush was not brilliant but we survived 😀 All in all we will stay again.
