Staff was accommodating and friendly but not obtrusive. Room was very nice- no coffee in room but everything else was there. Perfect location- St Charles street car is literally outside the front door. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance and very nice on-site breakfast.They would be my Go To place to stay in NOLA.

Staff was very nice, room had some issues (tv wasn’t plugged in and was quite difficult to plug in, broken outlets by bed, bathroom door wouldn’t shut) but the bed was comfortable and it’s a really great for the price.

The room was okay. Very average. The beds are high for seniors to get into. Our sink drain was clogged and we reported it. Someone came and worked for awhile and said it was all good now. After he left it was just the same. Still clogged. Our heating worked but when it shut off the air conditioner would cut on. Someone came and looked at it and moved the temperature and said it was gonna work now. It also was the same after he left. Its a good price and thats about all I can say about this hotel.

We had the best time here. We traveled down from Maryland for The Boy is Mine tour. Easy ride to the Smoothie King Center. Check in was smooth. Chris and Tiffani were excellent with making breakfast and keeping us entertained. The beds are super comfy and all the staff are genuine. Can't remember security's name, but both were great and we always saw them making the rounds. Oh, and the cats are cool too. And get the charbroiled oysters from Mr. Ed's. Oh, we will be back with the whole crew!!

The installations were not great, while I did not feel unsafe, I felt expose, which is not great. The soup dispenser in the shower didn’t work so I really could not take a shower. Breakfast was mediocre and I had to wait a long time to get a coffee (I had finished my breakfast by the time the coffee was available).
