Booked a king room through Expedia. When we checked in, front desk informed us that they were sold out, only 2 queens available. Staff uninterested in resolving the issue, they were bothered we even mentioned it. Nice hotel, staff needs a lot of work on hospitality.

The location, staff, rooms, restaurant, service, cleanliness, amenities are top notch. My husband and I love and highly recommend this hotel.
