Restaurants and stores are walkable, the atmosphere is welcoming and family friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back. Courtney was amazing at check in, the valets were professional and courteous, I missed the name of the Representative that checked us out but she was also amazing.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Beignets tasted wonderful. Area was super walkable. Parking was an issue so we used valet. Staff was very kind and helpful. Area felt safe. French truck coffee is close and excellent

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and to go to a concert. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go and we were able to walk everywhere. Our room was great, the hotel restaurant was great, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing about the room that I have anything negative to say about is the pillows. For an upscale hotel, the pillows were terrible. We felt like we should have brought our pillows from home. Overall, a very nice stay.

Solid stay - recommend

I loved my stay here. Some of the key parts for me was how nice the lobby was and the on site Resturant and room service was wonderful. I really enjoyed the food. If the hotel could just make sure the linens are stain free and the water temperature was better ( scalding or nothing). If you tried to do the bath it was all lukewarm. Overall though I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were wonderful really made my stay special. I would stay there again.
