Originally built in 1865, the villa was recently acquired by one of our partners and is currently undergoing a thoughtful restoration to bring it back to its original glamor while preserving its historic character and charm. Surrounded by beautifully preserved buildings and rich cultural history, you’ll feel immersed in one of the city’s most authentic and storied neighborhoods.



With 9 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this spacious villa is ideal for large groups and festival weekends. The generous layout offers ample space to gather together while still providing privacy and comfort throughout.



The Space:

This home features an entire bottom floor of living space and kitchen, along with 2 bedrooms (king & queen) and 2 full baths. The upstairs is set aside for the additional 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and an additional living space.



- Each bedroom features a bit of modern luxury with high quality mattresses, plush down comforters and down pillows to allow for a good night’s sleep

-3 full bathrooms- all with tub and shower

- Plenty of desktop areas available to get work done

- Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet and central air conditioning/heat

- Kitchen complete with high quality pots, pans & knives, Vitamix blender, espresso machine, drip coffee and eclectic cookbooks

- Bath products, fresh towels, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the property during your stay.

BnB owner is staying in a separated studio apartment and is available for any help needed.

Getting Around:

Located just one block from the French Quarter, it’s an unbeatable home base for Mardi Gras and major events like Jazz fest - especially during times when Ubers and Lyfts are nearly impossible to secure. Being within walking distance allows you to fully enjoy the festivities without transportation stress. You’re also just a few blocks from the highway, making it easy to access all other parts of the city.

- Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport: 20 minutes by car

- Convention Center: 15 minutes by car

- Tulane University: 18 minutes by car



Other Things to Note:
