Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good and hot! My only complaint was the location of our room made it hard for me to sleep. Our room was very close to the reception area. I am a very light sleeper and I had a hard time sleeping with the noise. There was also something dripping onto our window unit (I believe it was the drain from the window unit above us) which also kept me awake. Other than those things I would definitely recommend staying here. Maybe just in a different area if you need absolute silence to sleep.

No balcony from our room. Staff was super friendly. AC worked great. The ceiling kept dropping dirt/spackle particles on our bed. Very secure. Room was small, intimate, and cute. Would stay there again.

I’d like to start by saying the reception staff was lovely. Amanda was very helpful!! Only issues were that we were placed right by the reception area, which would’ve been fine BUT late night checkins / phone calls from the desk made it hard for us to sleep. Also, the room was ready early BUT there was a dirty washcloth left in our shower from a previous inhabitant. They did refresh our room after we reported it, but it did make me question the overall cleanliness of our room. The hotel is located right next to the street car line so that is very convenient. Easy to get to canal / bourbon.

Good value for a nice room. It was comfortable, clean and a good size. Provided coffee in the shared kitchen every morning and staff was friendly. Only suggestion, ask for a room away from the Lobby as it can be noisy.

Good hotel to stay in..no maid sevice so you are left to your own devices. Some nice restaurants along st charles avenue and theres a tram stop right outside which is handy to get to all the local attractions

I have stayed here several times. It is a great location, with the St. Charles Streetcar just out the door. It is easy to find free street parking if you have a car. The rooms are spacious with all the expected amenities. The front office staff is very nice and helpful. This is especially a great location during Mardi Gras. The parades on the uptown route are literally just out the door.

The room was clean with comfortable bed and spacious (we reserved the Deluxe Premium room), but it was stark, kind of barren with a lot of blank wall space. In the picture for that room it shows a row of windows, but there just was one small window viewing a brick wall. There is no in room coffe/tea. The front door bells don’t work so you have to call the person sitting at the end of the hallway in their “office”, which is also kind of oddly “undecorated”. The little coffee room also has that same cool feeling. Idk… it served the purpose, but for those reasons, kind of “meh”.

Diane that checked us in was very nice and gave us good info on parking for our rental car. The building interior and room were clean and well kept and the neighborhood noise was not an issue for us. We loved the upper balcony right by our room and used it quite a bit. Our only complaint was the bed had a huge dip in the middle and was so uncomfortable, as were the pillows. We'd also have loved to have a had a nice chair to sit in. We would stay here again.
