My elderly mom, uncle and aunt were guests here on a reservation I made for them. When they got to the hotel they were told that they didn't have a reservation and they ended up giving them 1 room with one bed when I had paid for 2 separate rooms. They asked why only one bed and were moved to another room with 2 beds; again, the payment was made for TWO ROOMS NOT ONE. These are elderly people, they took what they got and when they came back and told me about it, I tried to get the reimbursement through Expedia and Expedia said they contacted the property and my request was denied, even though now they admitted that their records did show the original reservation but had one of the rooms as no show when my relatives were told initially that there was no reservation on file.
