Beinville House advertised Breakfast daily included in cost. The hotel hadn't served breakfast for 3 years according to staff. So why is it still on their website? It added an unexpected budget item to our trip. ALSO, be advised, NO daily maid service!!!!!

This is my second stay at this hotel, because the first time experience was amazing with something so unique. But the second visit I got a room without window and it feel so stuffy. The bathroom also has no window which is odd so you know what the biggest concern is. Would be good to know upfront during booking if that is the case. Other than than the bedding is amazing and we love the property.

This was advertised as a boutique hotel, but in reality, it was a pleasant and convenient spot for exploring the French quarter. Our room had a section in a public space for a table and chairs, but wasn’t cordoned off from access to nearby rooms. We found the walls thin between rooms and could hear next door neighbors talking. The front desk staff and parking attendants were very friendly and helpful, which eased some of the disappointment of finding our patio area outside the room and in a common walkway. The amenities were standard, though there were real glasses for cold beverages. I was also charged for additional items that appeared randomly on my credit card, and which I have yet to resolve, even after trying to contact the billing person.

Water pressure was very low and only the small shower head worked. The free WiFi sucked on the 4th floor. Very centralized location and walkable to everything. Had to ask for maid service they don’t do it unless you ask. Only provides coffee, tea and water no little snacks. Channels on the TV show like they have them but when you pick the channel it’s not available.

Our only problem with the room was it was next to the air conditioner and it was extremely noisy. Also, the restaurant had a strange menu for NOLA. We asked to have room cleaned one day and it was not done.

Very clean rooms. No rooms service for cleaning room or restocking coffee ,cups but does have coffee down star after 7:00 in the morning. Some of staff friendly helpful and other not so friendly. Was told check in starts at 4:00 does not me you can check in at 4:00 .But would definitely stay again due to location and cleanliness.
