Staff were fantastic although front desk staff were less than helpful. We have stayed here on four ther occasions and the hotel is very dated, particularly our room with the blue headboards and light. Inadequate lighting in the room. Food extremely variable but breakfast great other than the birds who got to breakfast before us and were seen stealing bread from the servery. Associated bird excretement over the food was unpleasant.

Customer service was good but the hold on the card after paying so much to book the hotel is off putting. They put an absurd amount of money per night as a bond and once you check out it takes 7 nights to reverse. Not many people have those funds available everytime and if you live overseas and don’t receive the bond back you have to deal with the dispute from back home instead of going to the hotel

Amazing staff great activities for kids and even adults Nice pool area only thing I would say is not enough seating around the pool area for people to sit and inside the buffet for breakfast is like a sauna it’s 500 degrees inside there not air conditioned other then that amazing resort
