Staff were anazing, property is so well looked after and cared for and it shows. Power point in our room wasnt working but was fixed right away! Convenient water and ice machine, coffee machine in room, robes and amenities make it feel very luxurious. Dining renarkable with 3 restaurants on site. Beds comfy but pillows a little too soft. Entertaiinment around resort incredible. Everything about this hotel is top motch !

Problem 1 was the tv woke us up every night at 1 pm and 3 pm depriving us of needed sleep. Problem 2 was we chose the breakfast option in our package but every day they wanted us to pay. Not a very good experience when you have to prove the package we had, just stressing us even more, especially when sleep deprived. Just not good enough for a so called 5 star establishment. On the bright side all the staff showed to be happy and friendly but underlying this was an ineffective problem solving system which does reflect on their performance and our experience. Oh, they did fix it but it was our last night of our stay.

Staff at this facility very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We had buffet breakfast which had a good variety of foods to choose from Enjoyed the adults only area for swimming and dining. You can also access the amenities at the adjoining properties. Great stay and great facilities. Only negative was the music around the adult quiet pool was very loud (probably showing my age ) and speed of service at meal times could be slow.
