Staff were anazing, property is so well looked after and cared for and it shows. Power point in our room wasnt working but was fixed right away! Convenient water and ice machine, coffee machine in room, robes and amenities make it feel very luxurious. Dining renarkable with 3 restaurants on site. Beds comfy but pillows a little too soft. Entertaiinment around resort incredible. Everything about this hotel is top motch !

Problem 1 was the tv woke us up every night at 1 pm and 3 pm depriving us of needed sleep. Problem 2 was we chose the breakfast option in our package but every day they wanted us to pay. Not a very good experience when you have to prove the package we had, just stressing us even more, especially when sleep deprived. Just not good enough for a so called 5 star establishment. On the bright side all the staff showed to be happy and friendly but underlying this was an ineffective problem solving system which does reflect on their performance and our experience. Oh, they did fix it but it was our last night of our stay.

The first night we checked in, the room had a big puddle of water from air con, it took a while for staff to attend to fix the issue . Whilst the room was advertised as oceanfront studio, first a-!night I walked out to balcony I saw two half naked people lying in bed, it was very awkward as the rooms are right next to each other.

The Sheraton is an exceptional resort very clean organised and the staff were top notch The rooms were clean and very comfortable especially the beds. If I was to pick on one thing the water pressure for the shower could have been stronger but that’s not going to stop me from staying there again I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton

Very clean, quiet, and family-friendly before the school holidays. The food was a 7.5 out of 10. ( some chefs were great, others missed the mark a bit) Lots of great options for dining depending upon the day. The staff was 9.5 out of 10. The room was about 9 out of 10 Overall we were very happy with the stay and would happily recommend and come back.

The staff at checkout at the buffet restaurant need more training . The billing was incorrect sometimes and there was few times my seating was changed without notifying me.
