We really enjoyed our stay, the room had everything we needed & was warm clean & cosy, the overall condition is a little dated & we thought the pool could of been a bit warmer, we did also discover a very large white tail spider in the twin bedroom under the pillow of room 106 so maybe a fumigate would be needed, thank you for allowing us to extend our check out by few hrs free of charge.

We arrived at 2pm and the room was not ready. They put us in a motel room when we booked a luxury twin room with a picture of a striped gold background wall. Kennedy Park said Expedia were wrong. However K Park has that same picture. There was no water in the room as contractors cut it off without telling reception. They said take a shower at the pool! I emailed Expedia who contacted K Park and got upgraded to a villa. K Park argued that Expedia made a mistake. I think they double booked and downgrade us initially.

This stay was quite good. Bed very comfortable. Was a a bit small and it was difficult as no where to put cases and other luggage. My husband a large man so we found it very restricted. Otherwise very nice
