We arrived at 2pm and the room was not ready. They put us in a motel room when we booked a luxury twin room with a picture of a striped gold background wall. Kennedy Park said Expedia were wrong. However K Park has that same picture. There was no water in the room as contractors cut it off without telling reception. They said take a shower at the pool! I emailed Expedia who contacted K Park and got upgraded to a villa. K Park argued that Expedia made a mistake. I think they double booked and downgrade us initially.

This stay was quite good. Bed very comfortable. Was a a bit small and it was difficult as no where to put cases and other luggage. My husband a large man so we found it very restricted. Otherwise very nice

Room was clean, but a lighter top was left on top by the plates and there were ants in our room not a major thing especially for the price and facilities provided. We loved our stay even tho we didn’t use the pool and everything else there as we were there for a wedding so super busy..Defs coming back soon especially since summers coming around!

Although the rooms were clean, staff were friendly, it was very affordable & amenities were good....it was very noisy.....kids running around & yelling etc....I get that kids do this but yeah, to noisy for me
