An older hotel which is definitely showing its age. The staff are friendly and it is relatively close to the Duke Point Ferry, but not many other positives for the hotel. We were put off by finding a bunch of sand in one of the “clean” beds. Not a great value compared to its condition.

We were happy with the basics, comfy bed, good shower, and room was clean. It just lacked a few amenities one normally expects i.e. hair dryer, iron, luggage stand. Room just needs a little updating, but it suited our needs and overall, we were satisfied.

Rooms are not what they look like in pictures. There are cosmetic things that are not nice, rust spots in bathroom. Unsure of their organization- pile of paper on the desk. Hopefully they don’t loose anything. When booking be mindful they might put a hold on your card for almost the whole amount. Didn’t realize that, staff helped with that.

The property and room were very dirty and run down. The room had a wall air conditioner in the far corner of the second room so it didn’t cool off the whole place. There was clutter outside the room and outside the building. The deck chairs were so dirty we used chairs from inside the room to sit outside.
