Great location if you are going to an event at Rogers. Did not meet the expectations of what Westin used to represent. Very old and in need up some TLC. Towels were grey and tattered, time to replace. The room needed a refresh. Not what I would expect from a Westin.

The parking with check in was a bit of a cluster. I parked to check in and then had to move it. But there wasn't anywhere to move it to because you need a code to get into the parkade lol. Anyhow, beds are super comfortable. Super clean. Great property for downtown location. Staff at the front reception were super friendly

The rooms were nice and clean and staff was very friendly. The only downside was the underground parking - be aware it is very tight and low for anything bigger than a standard size half ton, and there are very limited spaces for pickups on the tallest level. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have opted for parking elsewhere, but I had pre-purchased the underground parking for my stay.

I’m giving a low score on cleanliness because the pool area was disgusting, hair floating in the pool, clumps of hair on the deck of the pool, a set of fake eyelashes on the deck of the pool. Our room was very nice though.
