Temperature issues

Only issue through a 9 night stay was that the climate control (AC) wasn't working effectively. This location is understood to come with a lot of late night noise and AC issues caused me to have to choose between open windows and noise or dealing with over-heated room.

Location is great. Hotel was clean and the staff were fantastic. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable. We were on the back side of the hotel and the road noise was extremely loud. Noise from other rooms are loud as well.

Hot room

Great hotel nice room airconditioning needs a update as room was so hot! Spoke to the front desk and nothing was done . Room was a lovely 32 degrees celsius. Slept with the windows open and earplugs as the street noise was loud . Bed was very comfortable and it's in a great location recommended staying in the winter

A spectacular welcome gift for my wife who was celebrating a milestone birthday. She appreciated this very much. The breakfast was nice and very well maintained. Although the parking seemingly felt that it may have caused an inconvenience, the valet service was great. Thank you for the stay. My only concern was that the area in the outer vicinity didn't offer everything we hoped for. No fault of the hotel though.
