I wasn’t expecting such a nice room and or hotel it’s very high-quality very safe and I would definitely stay there again many times over because it’s just steps away from many clubs bars food of all sorts and valet parking was the best they had my vehicle there an hour before my scheduled time

The hotel is located in a vibrant neighbourhood with great selection of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend the valet service because the self parking is in a parkade 2 blocks away. The valet service is convenient, hotel staff is friendly, hotel breakfast is good, and the bed is comfortable.

Very spacious and clean room, friendly staff. Parking is a little hard to come by, we had to pay to park in public parking, walk the 3/4 of a block to the hotel then had valet parking pick it up for us.

Jetted tub was wonderful and the main reason I picked this hotel. Some staff werent very friendly seemed like I was bothering them, but the staff is not why I decided to stay so I can ignore that. Interior of the hotel is beautiful, rooms were nice, but dusty.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Had a small problem as I got a parking ticket at location designated with Mettera. They said not to worry as it would be cleared up
