Clean and renovated rooms. Bathrooms were clean. I did find two strands of other people’s hair in my bed but overall it was good. The ceilings were not renovated but it didn’t matter too much to me. Location is really good as it intersects three of the four metro lines. Not a busy or loud area so good for rest at night. Mostly students in the neighborhood so it was quite safe.
