In the middle of terrible winter storms I and other airline passengers had to overnight at The Sheraton in Montreal. The staff were great , the room was clean and lovely and I got a late check out as my connecting flight was not until the next evening. I had lunch in the lobby restaurant (Cauliflower Cacio e Pepe) which was sooo delicious! Convenient 5 minute shuttle to the airport! Well done!

The shower in the bathroom was quite moldy and dirty. The shuttle bus that was supposed to pick up at the airport did not come for an hour and we were left standing in the freezing snow with the temperature of -17C at 10 at night. No one answered when we called to ask why the shuttle hadn't arrived at the airport to pick us up.

The room itself was good. The check-in process was easy. Our difficulties came in waiting at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. It didn’t arrive at 15 past the hour or 45 minutes past the hour. We waited outside for over an hour in frigid weather. I feel that this is unreasonable.
