Rooms are clean. We booked 2 rooms. The shower in one of the bathrooms didn't drain properly. When I called reception, i was informed that someone would come but no one showed up. Had to use the other room. There is a small pool that the kids enjoyed. Breakfast is available but limited options to choose from. It is a good budget hotel. I guess we were unlucky with the bathroom in one of our rooms.

The staff are excellent, friendly, caring and really focused on our comfort. The property itself is in dire need of renovation and care. The decor is old. The main areas nice enough but the rooms feel straight out of 90s. The pool is really great compared to other hotels in the same price range. We had an incident in the room upon arrival and the concierge immediately moved us to a clean room despite being quite booked. This a great choice for short stay. Easy access to the highway and 30 min drive to old Montreal or Plateau. Check out the festivals in nearby Longueuil during summer. Breakfast was average. Again, staff are constantly cleaning and keeping things organized. The food is standard continental.
