From start to finish, our stay was immaculate. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with cafes and eateries surrounding. The hotel lobby was impressive, so clean and pleasing to the eye. Our room was very clean, felt fresh and anytime we needed extra supplies or toiletries, concierge arrived within just a couple minutes. All hotel staff are extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to check in 2 1/2 hours early! The free breakfast also didn’t disappoint, lots of variety and something for all diets. 100% would stay here again and again!

Well maintained property with good sized rooms, and well maintained furniture. The cleaning staff should be trained in sustainability since they empty recyclable waste with non recyclable waste in the same bag. The breakfast could be improved with a better variability during the different days.

Excellent service, rooms were clean, and they welcomed my dog as well. The only thing was that they had weddings/parties downstairs during the weekend we stayed, and our room was on the 2nd floor. The music was quite loud - we didn't mind that much, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with babies/kids. Maybe you wouldn't hear it on the upper floors, I'm not sure.

An ok area in the city. Room and pool were great. the room was not ready for the 3pm check in. we arrived at 4pm and the room was still not ready. Staff didnt seem to care that much. we had to amuse ourselves for 2 hours until we could get our room.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Overall, the property is maintained well, but the following are some of my recent observations: 1. The washrooms lack ventilation (and this was the case last year). Therefore, there's always an unpleasant odour when you enter the washroom. 2. The breakfast is terrible, and to make it worse, there's always a long line up to get in. Some days, we would simply skip the breakfast due to extremely long lineups. 3. The rooms don't get cleaned or made everyday. Guests would take out and place their trash in the hallway, making each floor look like a garbage dump. 4. Due to ongojng construction in nearby buildings, you would wake up by the pleasant noise of heavy construction machines as early as 6:00 am! Though this is not the fault of the hotel, still knowing this serious inconvenience, they should offer the guests some sort of price reduction. At $350 per night plus parking, it is hardly a relaxing stay. On the plus side, the hotel is safe and its amenities (gym and pool) are always clean and well-maintained.

Great room with decent breakfast! The location itself is convenient to most of attractions - however it somehow would be easy to miss it

Good hotel in a not so great location. Very heavy traffic and not close enough to walk to anything, so had to either drive or take the subway. Breakfast was good but overcrowded and often had to queue and wait for people to leave before being able to enter. Friendly staff and modern facilities with a spacious room. Pool was nice but strange that there are no changing facilities adjoining the pool area.

Homewood suites was such a wonderful hotel. It was central to so many shops and places to eat. We had a wedding downtown and was easily accessible. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, but the pillows are next level comfortable!! And we’re picky! We travelled with our teen, 4yo and 1 yo. Spacious room for us to comfortably be around one another.the pool was a bit murky, but didn’t stop us! Breakfast was an awesome. Was packed, but we went early enough. They were very accommodating. Easy late check out as we wanted to go swimming! We as a wonderful experience. Will return!!

I liked the secure elevator, also the breakfast was great. Nice clean, modern hotel. I did not like all the broken machines in the guest laundry. There was 4 washers and 4 dryers. 2 washers and only 1 dryer worked. The dryer sounded like a gravel truck. Also, no Canadian wine available in the restaurant. I like to buy Canadian.
