Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Check-in was incredibly simple. Upon entering the unit, a very strong smell of cigarette smoke was present instantly. AllOf the unit windows were left wide open and it was dangerous to close them, especially since we were a story up and there were no screens on the windows. We found cigarette butts on the front coat rack, and ash on a shelf. The comforters had a strong stale/musty smell to them. The host did however fix that issue immediately and brought us new comforters. The floors were incredibly dirty, garbage was found under the beds, and the unit was very dusty. It seems like it hadn’t been cleaned in months there was so much dust. There was a potlight hanging from the ceiling, the kitchen sink was in poor condition and literally broken. The kitchen table chairs were loose and wobbly, my friend literally fell backwards as her chair gave way, causing her to fall. The unit is in a great location and has so much potential. The host had great communication, however the unit upkeep and overall cleanliness was very poor. Very disappointed that I was charged a cleaning fee and the unit was not even clean.

Unit was unhygeinic and unsafe. There was laundry and used tissues left behind by the previous guest. There were things that I am pretty sure didn't meet building code- a light fixture hanging by a wire, and windows that didn't latch properly resulting in a child almost falling out. The whole place felt shabby and unsafe. Both the host and VRBO were no help at all in resolving any of this.

We had a wonderful stay at this location, booked last min after our original location cancelled less than 24hours out. Close to the train station and everything we needed for the weekend. Olga was a great host, we will rent again at this location.

Place is as the pictures described. Beautiful and cool/vibe setting. Location is absolutely perfect and convenient. Improvements:Door lock and deadbolt fell apart upon entry by simply holding the nob.Heavy weed, smoke smell throughout the entire room, and especially most prominent in the bathroom.Loose, and incorrectly water faucet within the kitchen. Entrance to the building is extremely sketchy, however I know that nothing can be done about that. More minor things but not worth mentioning.Guest host accused impossible scenario to us of storing keys within the wrong mailbox. Not sure the purpose of accusing to checking security cameras other than for criminal purposes. Unwanted and uneeded accusations. However we did not follow the proper instructions for vacancy, we are both at fault and should just move on.Very polarising messages from the host, where warm and happy welcomes were always followed by passive aggresiveness, thus giving and uneasy and unwelcoming feeling.
