The location right near the metro was perfect. I was very happy with the onsite garaged parking too. Easy to get to, clean and perfect for a quick overnight in the city.

Dont pick this place - not worth its rating

The check in experience was enough to make me cancel the reservation right then and there. Dont expect anything reasonable about the process. They had 1 staff member and 1 valet. The front desk staff member told us to wait in the lobby. It took 20 minutes for her to get to us after taking other people out of order. She didnt tell us anything useful about breakfast, parking, ice machine , services etc. A very unpleasant lady of few words. The hotel should consider offering self check. I would much rather deal with a computer than someone who clearly hates their job. Very off putting. Shower had black mold, water only reached luke warm temperature. Free breakfast was a tiny portion of the cheapest quality food items. Coffee was yuck. Location was good. Close to transit. I wouldnt stay here again. I was debating between this place and another, and regret my choice. Dont pick this place if you are considering other options

Overall, it was an “okay” experience. My fiancé and I stayed for one night while in town for a hockey game at the Bell Centre. 1. Parking. Upon arrival, the parking garage was full so they sent us up the street to park. It was just under a 10 minute walk. Staff was not super helpful in providing the address of the new lot. 2. Cleanliness. There was a film on the tile floor in our room. Otherwise, it was clean. 3. Thermostat. Not able to adjust the temperature in the room as it is “locked”. Not able to turn the fan on. Staff tried to help but did not improve it. Hotel was extremely hot and made it uncomfortable. For the price, it is what you would expect but the parking was the biggest inconvenience for us.
