My husband arrived at 1am midnight, but housekeeper opened his door at 9am! Ridiculous! He was woken up too early. The system didn't update that the room was taken on time. I booked the wrong day by mistake and tried to change it, this hotel didn't agree with. $0 refund. So disappointed!

Room was not made up Sunday. We also had to call front desk Saturday night between 11:30-12 as there weee kids yelling and running around the hall way. We had to get up early Sunday morning to be at a meeting.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, and our hotel room was clean. Beds were very comfortable, the room had a very large TV, the shower pressure was very nice and parking was free.. We didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but it smelled good!
