We’ve stayed here before and the last time it was really amazing. This time, the bed was absolutely horrible! 3 nights on it and I’m in extreme amount of pain. Also, I find it odd that no one came to make the bed or give fresh towels. 3 nights, 2 adults, you would think they’d at least come in to make the bed and give us new towels.

All communication was conducted solely through the dedicated booking platform. The unit itself was clean and generally satisfactory, though it possessed some minor signs of wear (e.g., a frayed carpet), consistent with a short-term rental style. A technical issue was noted with the television; the lack of a unique network name made it challenging to establish a private connection, leading to intermittent connections from external parties.
