If you want to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle, this is the perfect hideaway for just that. Starting with the drive up the 245. It’s an old small and very curvy road, so drive slow and enjoy the beautiful scenery around you. Once you get to the cabin, it’s off the road a bit so there isn’t much noise from traffic or lights. It’s a very serene area. The cabin itself is quaint and just adorable. Katrina put a lot of cute touches into it to help you feel at home. You have your basic necessities met and a few more added touches such as a French press for the best coffee, a big comfy chair to watch tv, a super comfy bed, and a fire pit to sit around or roast hot dogs like we did! Keep your eye open for deer, beautiful birds, salamanders, and many other native animals. As you can tell we really enjoyed our stay.
It’s not far from the kings Canyon and sequoia park to spend a day or two at. Go check out Hume Lake! Very clean and a great trail around it. Long story short, I highly recommend you staying in this hidden gem of a place, you won’t regret it.
