This is a convenient Budget Hotel for when I am visiting family. There are some new rules in place however you must leave a cash deposit which I was not aware of prior and they check your room before that deposit is returned to you. Also they check the rooms each day whether you want them cleaned or not and threatened to kick us out if we do not allow them in the rooms. My guess is that there is some transitional housing occurring at this location and there are stricter rules in place. Not necessarily a complaint that something that people should be aware of before they book here

Every moment of my trip was met with terrible service. They tried to deny me my room because I booked through Expedia 2 weeks prior and had gotten it on discount by about $200. They tried to disregard my reservation and tell me I was required to pay their asking price. I was able to contact Expedia and they fixed it promptly.
