Very clean rooms, courteous staff, great amenities. I really enjoyed the mornings getting coffee and breakfast in the dining area. I will definitely stay at La Quinta Inn,the next time I’m in Visalia.

The room wasn’t anything like they have posted online. The phone number doesn’t work. Nothing worked honestly. The bed was SO uncomfortable we were sore from the mattress. The elevator is TERRIFYING. They don’t care how any guest acts either. We left at 4 am and drove in such dense fog you could t see your hand in front of your face just to get out of there because a group of young 20 something’s were running and yelling down the hall starting at 2am. Not only did we address them several times but we other guest as well. When reported to the front desk because nothing we did worked, he managed to take his ear buds out, irritated as can be, said he would take care of it and never did anything. Oh my favorite part was the wet paint on the walls and then to take my shoes off to WET carpet. You could smell they had just been cleaned but still VERY wet and no one said anything to us. Called the front desk four times but no answer and the lady who checked us in was so incredibly rude we would have left right then but were so tired we couldn’t. I’ve stayed at a LOT of hotels all over the US. Some $35 a night crappy motels and they were far better then here. Worst hotel. They should be shut down

For the price it was Ok, but room was kind of dirty, specially in the couches area and stinky, bathroom had the bottles of shampoo and body wash empty. The pool was nice and warm however the smell of the Hot Tub chlorine was extremely strong.

The elevator made alarming noises. The refrigerator in our room did not cool our food as it should have. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer.
