The staff was professional, inviting and very helpful. The roooms had all been redone and were spotless. We had 4 rooms of family members and all said the same thing. This was my first time staying at this super eight and I have to say it was all good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room has been recently remodeled and felt clean modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip through Visalia.

Very dirty room had odor walls scratch up need painting turn water on in bathroom sink sprayed all over you reported said can’t do anything till next morning ( so we used bottled water we had so we wouldn’t get wet again) next morning couldn’t make coffee no coffee cups an coffee pot missing parts went to office they couldn’t help

Literally just needed to sleep a few hours for my mothers funeral in a room I had already paid for and these horrible people wanted to charge me for another day that i wouldn't even b able to check in to until after the service had already started most heartless people I've ever met don't take ur business here terrible customer service

Continental breakfast had waffle maker, tea and coffee, yogurt, cereal and fruit. Booked and prepaid through a 3rd party but the night attendant, at first, said the credit card was denied and she couldn't give me the room. 10 minutes later, it went through.
