Helpful Staff!
The reservation we made was somehow unavailable and there were no more king beds available. The helpful young man at the check-in desk got us another time of room and fed us breakfast. Ya can't beat that. He was so great we didn't mind having to readjust.

The hotel was decent and the decor was nice. The shower had some black stuff coming from the drain and the shower valve fell off completely. The Starbucks in the lobby was understaffed and only open for a few hours. Stayed here since it was conveniently located by the hospital and downtown. It was a short stay, but definitely had “business stay” vibes and not a great place to relax.

Terrible excuse for a Marriott. Looks nice, but that’s where it ends. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Bed is harder than any bed we have ever slept in (and we stay over 100 nights a year at hotels). Parking gate hasn’t worked once since we arrived. Room wasn’t cleaned. Never brought towels we requested 3 times. Terrible. Will not return.
