Not bad for the a bed and shower

The price is really not bad for a bed and shower. You can't complain. Overall it's good. I would sleep here again.

Never Again!!!

The room was basic you get ehat you pay for however the bed was horrible and the fridge stopped working on day 2. They are remodeling the 4th floor yet put most people on the 3rd floor so during the week there is no peace during the day. It seemed like there was always people in the hallway talking or yelling loudly. Someone got arrested in the room next to me, and then there were people fighting in the hallway all night that night. There is no phone in the room to call the front desk. When i complained the next day i got very little from them other then i should have said something at the time and they would have moved me to a different room, which i dont see why i should have to move. Either way i have stayed in all of the cheaper hotels in the area and this was by far the worst.

Employee didn't offer any information and definitely got an attitude when I asked for the wifi I was given the wrong one, wasn't told about breakfast. Housekeeping rushed me out of my room at 10:30am. Very poor employees and management. No hair dryer, no chain lock on door, no iron, no wash cloths, no hand towels,1 bath towels, one light didn't work, bed was definitely broken in the middle. vending machine wouldn't take my money. Very poor visit.

Obviously maintenance has been completely neglected for this property as has customer service. Lights burned out in room. TV remote worked poorly. Sink badly cracked. Elevator lights mostly not working. Public Men's restroom had no lights so had to use the Woman's restroom. The so called breakfast consisted of toast and water, but on the second night they also had some coffee. On the other hand the housekeeping workers did an excellent job. The price was cheap, but you also get what you pay for.
