Beautiful rooms and view! Great staff and service! No microwave in room. Only way to eat hot food was at their restaurant. The restaurant was very convenient. The staff were ALL NICE!!! Not a hotel much for kids or animals! Pool was very dirty. Streamung was confusing, received instructions from staff at the bar. NO where to take animals outside without a walk . If you smoke forget finding a place! It's downtown however!! If you are coming as an adult for a night or 2 it's beautiful. Kids or animals a little hard to access. I would return without children!! Parking is either VERY EASY for $32 valet (unlimited) or walking a bit with luggage.. again. Not for kids or animals. Great service!!!

This is a beautiful hotel! Rooms are insanely spacious with huge windows and comfy beds. Fairly quiet, but the heavy doors tend to slam. Breakfast and majority of the staff were severely lacking. Also, they charge $32/night for valet parking (which is ridiculous).. there is a public lot directly across the road for $8/night! Very convenient location with an easy walk to Xcel and tons of restaurants/bars.

We were in town for a cheer competition and had never been to the city before. I will go with the not amazing parts first - if you want to park AT the hotel, it is valet only and an additional $32 per night. There is a parking garage across the street - we were there in winter, and my teen daughter brought the house with us - so walking back and forth, in the snow was a hard no. The GPS took us to where the apartment residents pull in to park - NOT where you go as a hotel guest for valet. We had to go around the block a few times until I finally figured out WHERE the valet was for the hotel - it is NOT well marked; even the hotel itself - there's only a small sign by the doors. When you are trying to navigate traffic, in the snow, thru one way streets and multiple stop lights, in a place you've never been - it was awful. Once I was finally inside to go check in, the woman at the front desk was NOT friendly.. at all. Maybe she was just having a bad day but, it was not a good first impression of the hotel. That all being said.. when we finally got to our room, WOW! The room more than made up for our rough start. It was HUGE! And SO nice. The height of the windows and ceiling, the layout, the bathroom, all was GREAT! Breakfast at the hotel was good. The lobby/breakfast area/seating area was clean and inviting.. in between competitions we hung out and chatted down there. Overall it ended up being a good stay in one of the nicest rooms I've been in!

We love this hotel for a number of reasons: spacious rooms with 12 ft ceilings, best continental breakfast, lounge area(s), easy parking, close to Xcel Center and Science Museum, and it's just an overall great hotel! Staff are always friendly and check in is a breeze!

I love this hotel! It’s a renovated post office so it has various curiosities from the past – super tall ceilings, wide hallways, old school doors, windows and elevators.
