Totally got ripped off with parking. The hotel only offers valet parking. I parked at the parking ramp across the street and after was told overnight parking. Then I had to pay the hotel for $35 valet parking on top of of the $20 I had already paid. Fix the parking. I also think the driver pocketed the money.

Family trip for concert at the Xcel Energy Center
Hotel is less than a year old. Clean and new. Bed was comfy. No better place to stay for attending any event at Xcel energy center! It’s literally across the street. Restaurant and bar onsite. There is a pool, the only thing that would be better if there was a hot tub.

Very clean, great service
We stayed to be close to the XCel energy center. Check-in was quick and easy, valet took our car and parked it. Check-out was quick, and the valets were literally running back and forth to get people their vehicles back quickly. Gym is nice and spacious. Room very clean. Would definitely stay again next time we go to an event downtown.

A+ experience
A+ experience! The hotel is new and everything felt pathetic and extremely clean. I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone we encountered was so accommodating and went out of their way to smile and be friendly. MN nice at its finest! We were at an event at the xcel energy center and so the hotel was very busy, that did make the over all noise level a a little louder than I would prefer. I do understand that is to be expected when filled to capacity. I will definitely stay here any time I am in the area!
