Communications with the host were responded to quickly and eased any concerns we may have had. The property was cozy and inviting. We had a small group staying this trip but the home could easily have accommodated a much larger group. We did not use the kitchen for the most part, but it seemed like everything we could have needed was there.The bedrooms were nice sized and the beds were comfortable (at least the ones that we used) The hot water was great even after multiple showers in quick succession.Location was easily accessible to major road to where we needed to go which made our travels a breeze. The home reminded me of my son's home, not new, but nicely updated and you can tell that the owners are working hard to make this a comfortable place to stay for their guests.

A perfect property that is close to anyplace that we want to travel to! We were in town for the MN State Fair which is only minutes away. It was so convenient! We loved the porch! The neighborhood was sweet. The property was comfortable and clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

House was nice but we were told we would have garage access and do I’d not. In fact had to move trash cans out of alleyway to try to get one of the small cars in the garage. Construction man helped move a fence and told us he told owner they would NOT HAVE ACCESS TO GARAGE so I was bummed about that

The house was nice but the yard needed a good mow, although I saw other properties with unmowed yards so made me wonder if there was a reason. Basement bathroom shower head bracket was broke, so unless you wanted to hold the shower head while showering (which was not fun) its not the best shower. One of the bedrooms was listed as having 3 twin size beds but only had 2.And the living room tv had no connection box just cords hanging, tv in basement bedroom didnt work but we took that roku and hooked it to the living room tv and it worked. Tv upstairs we couldnt get to connect. So it was kinda nice to have a no tv week but missed it at night. ha. theater worked great. I did send hosts a msg about the shower and tv to let them know.So overall I thought it was a nice house to rent. We had 5 Girl Scouts 17-18 and 2 adult women. ( We worked out the one shower schedule so had no problem). Everyone had a bed and no one complained.

As a whole, the verbal is very nice everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The backyard was just nice for playing cornhole and roasting marshmallows and just talking around the table and just sitting out there and enjoying the evenings. Our bedroom was on the main floor and had the two twin beds in the trundle bed and the half a bathroom the only thing I would say about the half a bathroom is that my husband uses a walker and so he is handicap if you could install Handicap railing on the wall for getting up and off the toilet that would be great. My husband also enjoyed the real steady railings in the front in the backyard getting up and down. He appreciated that very much as a whole. We had a great time. Thank you very much for your hospitality. It was our 50th wedding anniversary reunion with our family. Had a great time.
Our kids made us a beautiful patchwork quilt with all the pictures of all the memories of the kids. The grandkids are great grandkids of ourselves. It was just beautiful that they surprise us with at our anniversary party.

My family traveled to MN to celebrate a college graduation. The house fit us perfectly. I loved the screened in front porch. The stairs to the second level are pretty steep, so if you have agility issues, this may be a problem. The shower was very upstairs was very large. Beds were comfortable. The other shower was located downstairs (basement level), but we did not use it.

Spring Break

My family had a great spring break week staying here! The house was clean and they provided a great array of kitchen and bathroom items. There was plenty of space for the five of us and the kids enjoyed having their own rooms. The neighborhood was quiet and easy driving distances to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Great communication with the owners and easy check in and out process. Great overall trip!

The property was very pleasant and clean. The space was perfect for a group of five women. The location was nice and we were able to drive to Como Park Conservatory, and to a restaurant in the grand Avenue area quite easily. I think we would stay here again.

We Got Married and Our Wedding Party Stayed Here

Loved this house. Clean, comfortable, several good places for people to hang out. Everything you need but might not remember is on the kitchen (like coffee filters). Very fun, pleasant, and overall just a lovely place to stay. Several excellent restaurants very nearby (even in Minneapolis in January it was walkable!)
