The room was below expectations and did not match what was depicted on website. Dining menu was also not updated on website and was the cuisine was different to what was expected. If we had known prior to making the reservation we would have booked elsewhere.

Reasonable room, a bit small but adequate. Maintenance required with tap to sink loose, and there needed to be some outdoor lighting for rooms,very hazardous if going to car after dark. Also the carpark had no lighting at all, which is prime for break-ins.

The amenities are very old, curtains were torn. Mould was rampant on the bathroom ceiling. The towels, hand towels and teatowels were stained and fraying. The lady on the check in was lovely though.

No hot water at all. No soap in the basin area, kettle had parts missing, coffee cup was dirty, towels were grey in colour with fraying on the ends. Although a budget hotel room, I would still expect things to work and be clean and tidy.

No problems with arrival late as key in door. Tidy but very congested for 2 people. Heater too small for the cold. But in all no real issues. We loved Queenstown lots to do.
