We are a couple of senior citizens 5hat drove for about 3 hours to get there. It was also a very cold night and we were very tired. When we got to the lobby, they told us that the reservation was cancelled. We told them that it clearly daid in the contract, that we were going to pay at the property and that they will keep the room, they still cancelled with no explanation or any type of further support whatsoever.

Room itself and the staff were great. However the furniture (fold out couch and recliner ) was extremely worn and not comfortable. Also , unable to screencast to the TVs, the TVs are not connected to a WiFi so that makes the screencast not work (there is a screen cast option but without the wifi - Internet connected it would not connect)
