Room clean; staff courteous. The only complaint was not having hot water at night for a shower. This is a get what you pay for place. Simple, no frills, no daily housekeeping, no pool, no continental breakfast. But, I didn’t want to spend much, so That’s what you get. It is an extended stay place, and it seemed as if most residents were extended stay.

We had three different rooms on Miami and visit for business the first two nights we had no hot water. I went to the front desk and told him what was going on and they said the guy would be there before five today the second day no hot water third day no hot water noisy smelled like marijuana throughout the whole place. I would not recommend this place. Beware nothing good come from this.

Bath water did not get hot!! I was at work the next day after dealing with the cold shower and I was calling the front desk to extend my stay and it was a catastrophe. Phone was going straight to voicemail and operator people said I have to be physically present to extend my stay which makes no sense. Horrible Horrible and whatever cleaning stuff is being used smells funny. Horrible

They took a photocopy of my license. I have never had that done at any other hotel. There were no tissues in the room, there was no conditioner or lotion in the room. It was very bare bones and it was not inexpensive. It was not a nice experience.

Elevator was not working, rooms floor was sticky, Lack of pillows. Spoke with manager if anything can be done about the inconvenience of not having an elevator. She responded with a laugh and asked if they didn’t let me know before renting room. And also stated that she then would have to give everyone else a discount. All in all very unprofessional and regretful stay. WOW!

We had no hot water for showers, called twice. They were working on it but it was continuous throughout the stay. Every floor smelled like smoke and often times could see it in the hallways. Awful odor from the AC unit. Elevator was down. I asked about repairs and was told they are not paying over time to have it fixed, they were waiting until Monday.
