My horrifying experience staying at the Landon hotel. Upon my check in, I was informed by the front desk at Tuesday afternoon, 02/25/2025 that I would have a parking spot for the night. However, I came back late, and there wasn’t any spot for my car. I went to the front desk, Claire C and kindly ask her to get some help finding a spot for my car as the day time staff told me to ask the staff for help if there weren’t any spot at night. Claire C. refused to help my situation and claimed that she isn’t responsible for any matter regarding the parking and also threatened me to call the police multiples times to remove us from the hotel despite the fact Claire C. is supposed to represent the company to help a guest to solve the problem. I had to park at the city parking lot for the night. I couldn’t sleep all night because I had to stay awake to pay the meter every 3 hours so I wouldn’t get the violation ticket. It was a complete nightmare for my first night arriving at Miami. Ever since the altercation, Claire C. showed me her nasty attitude every day when I was staying at the hotel. This behavior making my stay felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I tried to get in contact with the manager, Amanda O. but I never heard from her regarding to my complain. I never thought the hotel staff is bad but the management turned out to be as well. Low quality place and unprofessional staff members. Stay away from this hotel at all cost.
