This hotel served us very well, friendly helpful staff, clean room. the room was more spacious than expected which is nice. We requested a baby crib and a microwave, everything was prepared and we were able to do early check in. View was gorgeous. we did not have a balcony but we were facing the beach and it was glorious. The beach is right by the hotel, accessible by walking through the pool area. there was staff there to set up beach chairs and whatever we needed. housekeeping was darling and aiming to help. Overall I got the vacation and relaxation that I really needed. PS- there is some construction going on in other rooms or areas of the hotel, but no noise during the evening or early morning, so it did not bother us thankfully. the hotel seems old but kept up nicely. Kind of quaint. It felt clean and comfortable.

Staff was very nice and quite helpful. However, the room is dated, the bed is unstable and the electrical outlets are either non-functional or a hazard to use. The floor to the bathroom is a trip hazard. I understand European style hotel, but some of these issues are safety concerns. Thanks

In the room, as in all the rooms, there was a safe. One morning, I forgot to put my city bag back inside it - the one with my passport, all my cash (a lot of cash), my watches, and everything else. I want to sincerely thank and congratulate the housekeeping staff for not being tempted to take anything, even though it would have been easy. These people are truly honest.

Some rooms are a bit shabby. Those with carpets especially should be vacuumed daily.

The room was very clean and nice. The restaurant was very good, we ate Dinner, Lunch and one breakfast there. The beach and pool folks were nice. Parking for $25 a day was unnecessary.

The view that I paid $3000 for overlooked a tacky roof. The hotel next-door was doing construction. I was sick in my room for a week, listening to the banging. The only thing that saved my whole day were the employees with their kindness the room service checking in on us to make sure we were OK, but the amenities itself were not worth the money that I spent.
