The location was amazing… We had a few issues with late room cleanup and service so we ended up with two nights with no bedding, change or towels… The staff were OK. They charge you for parking a car if you have one… You do have access to the beach, but you have to pay for Lounges and umbrellas on the beach…

I book, and once I get to the property the front desk would not give me a room for the night. If you are going to charge guests to stay on a certain night, make sure you have a room to provide.

Servicio de limpieza maravilloso atención en los cuartos maravillosos en el front desk el personal no es muy eficiente porque trabajan muy pocas personas el servicio en el área de la piscina excelente el personal maravilloso mencionando a un cubano llamado Lázaro porque hay una señora cubana ahí con muy mala forma muy mala actitud hablando de los cubanos que ahí nos ospedamos gracias a nosotros personas como nosotros cubanos igual que ella ella tiene trabajo una señora mayor con muy muy mala actitud y un carácter no muy agradable para lidiar con el público lo demás maravilloso lugar para ir en familia y disfrutar en familia
