Balcony views of both the bay AND the ocean from our rooms was fantastic. The service from every department including concierge, parking attendants, front desk, and housekeeping was superb the entire time. Very accommodating from the moment we arrived until our departure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s unfortunate the amount of construction that’s going on nearby. Was hoping that at least on Sunday there wouldn’t be but it was still ongoing. It wasn’t awful. Mostly when sitting out on balcony. And it was perfect early morning and in the evenings. Construction noise is no fault of the hotel though. Absolutely recommend. Beach and pool staff were great as well!

Problem with the Valet. Attempted to steal a vehicle and had to call the police to get vehicle keys back. Resort said they had no control over valet. It made the stay very uncomfortable.

We had a nice stay. The most difficult part of the trip for us was the language barrier. Very few employees spoke English well enough to understand simple requests to our room(more towels, plastic bags etc..) also the valet parking @$35 a day was steep but we knew ahead of time the cost. What we didn’t expect was that each time we went out and the drivers had to bring up our car- we would need to tip them! There were days we went out 3 or 4 times and each time a tip was expected. Got a little annoying. The rooms were very nice and quiet. The shower curtain is in desperate need of replacing. The curtain is skimpy and water gets completely all over the floor of the bathroom! And the floor is extremely slippery when there is water all over it. Kind of dangerous!

Stay in the 2 story penthouse for 4 nights. My kids enjoyed the stay, however the rooms were dated. The rooftop had cracked and chipped floors and roof has ugly chips cracks as well. The hot tub cover was in bad shape. The washer and dryer barely worked. Pull out couch was difficult to operate. The room cleaning staff wasn't very attentive. My car rental was damaged and when I requested video of the car, the valet staff was very non-responsive. That leave me to believe that they were responsible, beware. Otherwise, it was a great trip. Polite staff and inviting staff in the lobby. The bar tender Chris was everything to my trip. He provided outstanding bar service.

when we ordered food it came cold and we waited forever, staff was great and very nice but when i had asked house keeping to come back the next day they never did and we actually didnt get house keeping anydays bc they just stopped coming, we requested towels and they took like 5 hours to come we ended up air drying bc we couldnt wait any longer or we would miss our plans, vallet was amazing

Hotel pictures are deceiving. Paid for an ocean view. Had a view of another hotel next to it. Bathroom was disgusting, cloth shower curtain. The tub had to fixed bc the water didn’t drain. Also the ac hardly worked. Had to sleep, Hot af, oh and the bedroom cable box didn’t work had to do my own troubleshooting. For sure would not want to stay again. Very much over priced with basic amenities.
