We made a reservation for a king bed room but when we arrived there , the staff gave us a two queen bed room and saying that what we reserved. Was a bad experience had happened.

Th first time I stayed on this property was back on 2022 and my experience was beyond amazing. This time it was the opposite of that. This was primarily the result of unfriendly staff who treated us extremely rude as they were annoyed by simply working. The older gentleman st the front desk gave us a bad look when I asked for utensils for m four year old son. Will it be returning because oof the treatment by the staff.

Can’t lower a/c temperature from set temperature by hotel, phone did not work, Shower water flow very low Asked to check out at 12:00pm instead of 11:00am and only agreed to 30 minutes extension
