I love the modern decor of the rooms and hotel interior. The staff were extremely helpful. There were no hiccups with anything during my stay. Additionally, I prefer baths to showers and they actually have bath tubs that work. As opposed to many places whose drain stoppers are missing or don't work. Minor detail, but important for me!

I was with my wife, and they did not have the room with king bed that we booked. The staff the the reception was extremely rude. I almost left the hotel because how she tretaed us. Also they charge you 38 usd a day for parking. This should be illegal.

The property was nice. Staff were kind. Little things that make a difference to us were lacking. Coffee , creamer, sugars, clean glasses not replenished in room. Bartender first night lacking in knowledge and service. WiFi charged we asked to take it off they did. This was a second stay for us. These days with prices high we all want the best service.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a mistake at the reception. One of my night stays was accidentally canceled, and things went downhill from there. Initially, I wasn’t planning to leave a review because Susan was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went out of her way to help us. She even waived $177 from our bill to make up for the inconvenience. However, the charge ended up being re-applied to our account. When we called to resolve the issue, we spoke with Kathryn, and the interaction was extremely frustrating. She showed no interest in hearing our side of the story and told us to call back in two days to speak with another manager. She was dismissive and rude, saying she wouldn’t contact another manager and couldn’t help us because there were “no notes” left about the issue. It’s unfortunate that such poor customer service overshadowed what could have been a lovely stay.
