They promised to bring an amenity to my wife on her birthday and they missed her birthday and said they would bring it up the next day in the morning before we left. Well they brought it as we were leaving the hotel to go to the airport. I told them to just keep it.

Decent hotel

Very nice hotel. Restaurant by pool was good. Coffee machine in room welcome. Good gym. Con - the bell staff were terrible. No help with cases on arrival, and no help loading into car

We arrived at 12 in the morning exhausted after a long day of travelling and there was no one at the counter. After nearly 30 min Gabriella, come walking at a snails pace, completely unphased at the fact that 4 people were waiting at the counter. No appology, no rsuh, zero care in the world.

We came to Aventura for the Coldplay 2025 Miami dates and it was a convenient spot to get to/from the Hardrock Stadium. The hotel is also close enough to the Brightline station and the Aventura Mall. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Brightline station, the mall and one of the beaches nearby. The real star players are the valets at the hotel. They were some of the most pleasant, helpful and genuine people I've ever come across at hotels. All of them were timely in responding to WhatsApp messages when I called for pickups from location points and even helped organize a return of a package that arrived after I left the hotel. Shoutout to Juan!
