This property is good if you need a place to sleep and do laundry for a night or two. There's major construction happening right out the window so I didn't feel it was worth the price with the noise. The utensils in the kitchen had old food caked on them and the towels in my room were stained. The washer smelled the mildew and had someone's old sock in it.

I booked my reservation and payed on 02/24/25 I checked in 02/27/25 I was told I had to pay $150 deposit which I did and I asked for parking for my trip which came out to $120 I was told it would just be taken from my deposit, I went to check out on 03/02/25 the front desk was busy the guy asked what I needed told him I’m just checking out he said okay just give me the key cards I did and headed back to my car it was already 10:45 so I was like let me checkout online I tried it didn’t work so I went back inside waited in line once again when it was my turn the front desk worker looked confused and asked for proof on when n where I payed for the trip I did and he shrugged his shoulder and proceeded to tell me I’m all checked out and my deposit will come back depending on my bank I go to my car and start to leave to head home then I realized Sentral the hotel front desk worker ran my card for $808.78 I had my spouse call and asked to see if I was checked out the same guy answered and said on the phone that he will now check me out so he lied to me when I was there never checked me out he ran my card when I left and then proceeded to hang the phone up on me now my card has been chartered about 4/5 more times for different prices and I have no idea why poor customer service no one there could help me I asked to speak to another worker and got nobody this is not how a business should be run and till now I still have no idea why my card was charged so many different times

It was fine.

Parking and the checking in process were a little confusing and were not communicated up front. I had to reach out to them when I arrived to get direction on where to park. I didn't feel that there was significant signage in the garage and hallway to get you to where you go to sign in on the first floor. In fact, nothing directed me to the first floor. I was confusing. Now I know if I ever go back. The room itself was very white and cold (and I don't mean temperature). But if was very clean and had everything I needed if I would have had a longer stay. Unfortunately, this was my first trip to Miami and my room looked over to the parking garage and construction so I just closed the blinds.

Overall this was a good place bc it was convenient to cruise port and Ubers available very quickly. I did not like the bathroom. Absolutely no surface areas or hooks of any kind to hang toiletry case or towels. No over sink lighting. Shower floods the bathroom floor. Also no nightstand for bed. Only one of the 2 electrical outlets worked. Elevators very slow and always a wait. Front desk staff nice and helpful. Good enough place for one night but I would probably not stay here again.

Dirty and Loud

Extremely dirty. The tile floor had not been cleaned in a long time. I took off my socks when I came in and after a few minutes my feed were totally dirty. Also the bath mat got very dirty from the floor. We almost got no sleep. We were promised a quiet room, but there is a train station right outside the sliding doors. You can almost touch the trains. Trains and announcements around the clock. The sliding door does not fully close, so you feel you are sleeping on the track.
