The property and the room were very clean. The beds were also comfortable. Staff were friendly. My room was ready in a timely manner. The hotel offers two free lounge chairs at the beach

Close to the beach and grocery. Place was acceptable in cleanliness. The kitchen bottom cabinets didn't have handles so made it tricky to open. Stove top wording was gone so guessed at the temp but was still able to make breakfast. A fan should be installed in the bathroom and over the stove but overall it was a pleasant stay. Needs were met and would stay there again. All staff were excellent and nice! Check in and out were quick and painless. Price was affordable. They even hold on to your bags if needed.

The staff wasn’t very friendly and I’ve overheard them speaking bad about customers. They have strict check in and check out policies which don’t make a lot of sense to keep the customer waiting in the lobby when it’s obvious that rooms are already ready.

Overall great stay . They offered bottled water in lobby and in room, nice touch. Beach chairs were provided. The only issue we encountered was a noisy mattress, very noisy but was comfortable.

Park Royal is a cute hotel in a very nice section of North Beach. You'll be staying in a very safe area surrounded by much more expensive highrise hotels. The rooms are extremely well prepared between guests, and the staff are very professional. The side road it faces can be noisy, but for the location, good quality, and price it's a fine trade-off. The beach and waking paths are a block away, the area is very walkable you won't need a car. Overall I do recommend Park Royal.

I didn’t read the fine print, there is a resort fee and parking fee which totaled and extra $150. The resort fee did give you 2 chairs at the beach and beach towels which was great but was also for the pool. The pool was completely locked up and we were unable to use. I did mention it at check out and they waived my resort fee. Really appreciated that!!! The rooms were very clean. The location was very convient to local attractions but is on a major road which was very noisy. The beds and pillows could be a little more comfortable.

I had trouble with rides showing up. hotel found me a cab I used several times. he showed up on time and was reasonable. in Miami that's rare. thank you park royal. also.... bathrooms were nicer than the fountainbleau (I was double booked) so park royal is where I showered too. the towels were even nicer!

Hotellet ligger bara ett kvarter från Miami Beach och är väldigt fräscht och fint. Allt känns nyrenoverat på hotellet och har bra design! Rummet var stort och rymligt och extra plus för att badrummet var så fint (med en normal "europeisk" toalett) och för att ACn var modern och kunde sättas i silent mode. Kök med tillbehör fanns också på rummet, så frukost ingick ej, men det fanns en butik 2 kvarter bort. Poolen var mycket fin och kändes varm och skön. Hela poolområdet var inramat av buskar och träd så det var väldigt trevligt. Personalen var också trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi hade absolut kunnat tänka oss att bo här igen om vi kommer till Miami Beach!
